What I liked
i called & was able to make an appointment for an STI check later that same day.
The STI area was clearly signposted & I had no difficulty finding it. I filled in a form & waited for about 30 mins, which i found perfectly acceptable.
A nurse took my blood; a doctor performed a checkup; i provided some urine, and i was done. The staff were efficient & amiable & I felt comfortable throughout. The STI area of the hospital appeared clean and tidy.
The Clinic took my mobile number in order to text my results to me - which they did.
The Clinic seemed well organised & i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
What could be improved
less waiting time in the reception, however this is a very minor gripe... keep up the good work!
