Today I had a procedure that I was so nervous about. The instruction booklet and leaflet to tell me what to do before my procedure and how everything is done was very detailed and put me a little at ease to know what to expect etc.
Waiting was a little nerve wracking as it took a little while to be seen but that was totally expected so not a complaint at all. The nurses and doctors were lovely and really made me feel comfortable in my surroundings and made me less worried about my procedure. Everything was described perfectly and I felt less nervous as my procedure started. It was over before I knew it and the nurse was there the whole time to help me through it when they saw I was in some discomfort.
I'm really happy with the aftercare also, loved having the option to have a sandwich and a cuppa, best thing I'd heard all day. The staff were very polite and respectful and generally lovely and showed that they cared about their patients.
Thank you for making me feel very comfortable in a situation I wasn't too keen in being in. If it wasn't for the care and kindness I probably would've dealt with the situation a lot worse (emotionally).
:')
"Thank you! Very happy patient!"
