What I liked

I was met at reception by a nurse who did the initial eye examination. Shortly after the appointment time I saw the consultant who was very efficient - took time to answer any queries and at no time did I feel that I was being rushed through. When we hear so many negative reports of the NHS I have nothing but praise for my treatment by all the staff I came into contact with. Keep up the good work!
