What could be improved
We have been trying to telephone N Cambs Hospital every hour or so for two days now ringing both the phone number on this website and the one in the telephone directory but there is never any response. We need to know what to do about 93 yr old mother's hearing aid which has ceased to work. (Yes we have tried new batteries). The Audiology department at QE2 hospital also does not answer the telephone either, In the meantime mother cannot hear TV or visitors. We will go in person to the hospital but things should not be like this
