What I liked

I was called for treatment within 10 minutes of arrival at the hospital. I was given nothing but civility, concern and good observation. At no time did I feel I was too much trouble and they consulted the doctor on duty before giving antibiotics for my complaint. All this on Easter Sunday when most people would be enjoying "time off".

What could be improved

I was required to give a urine sample - one toilet was not in operation and the alternative was somewhat in need of a "wash down". This was at approx. 10.15 a.m. and I think the toilet was perfectly clean at the beginning of the day.
