"Glaucoma clinic"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus) / Ophthalmology

Firstly, let me say how kind and efficient all of the staff are, however, I was let down on one visit where I had to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor.

On entering the room I sighed and said how tired and ill I felt and the young doctor said " so am I."

I will not let that put me off though as I believe that this is the best eye hospital in the world to sort out medical problems, I can put. Up with the rude doctor for that. The nurses and receptionists are wonderful as are all the other doctors I have seen.

Please cut down waiting times.

Thank you for leaving a comment. That's really not the approach we like to see in our staff and please accept my apologies for the upset this must have caused you. We are keen that all our staff come across as professional and friendly and it is disappointing when this does not happen. We would be happy to look into this further if you wish and if you would like this please contact our PALS team on PALS@moorfields.nhs.uk or telephone 0207566 2324 or 2325 who would be happy to help. Thank you again for commenting.
