Was feeling depressed for quite a long time but never wanted to admit to myself that there was an issue until I had a breakdown after returning to work one night.
Felt worthless and even suicidal at certain points.
Being prescribe anti-depressents for the first time in my life by my GP and referred to Lets Talk made me feel even worse.
I'd had CBT in the past and I felt it never really did anything for me, So I was extremely skeptical that it would have any effect on me.
Right from the start it was very different from my previous experience having CBT.
I'd always found it difficult to be completely open when talking about my issues but Emma made it so easy to be completely honest and admit to myself that I needed help, she always listened and was sympathetic when things were difficult for me to say.
I never thought I'd be able to feel as strong as I do now but without trying to sound dramatic I feel I can deal with almost any problems that I would have previously avoided.
I cannot thank Lets Talk, and Emma in particular enough for what it has done for me.
"I cannot thank Let's Talk enough"
