What I liked

The initial assessment was so efficient and clinically effective that I immediately changed my private hospital booking to the Peninsula.

My date for operation was in April but as I was on the short call list I was phoned on the 15Apr and asked to come in. I was operated on that afternoon!

Although I had been told to expect some pain after what is after all a rather invasive procedure, I experienced only a dull ache for the first day and did not take any pain killers after the second day. Marvellous.

The after care was also superb- nurses, physios, cooks, cleaners, admin staff, they should all take a bow together with the surgeons for it certainly is the complete unit that,working together have achieved such a wonderful hospital.

What could be improved

Car parking!!
