What I liked

i was seen by triage before i even had chance to sit down. the areas were very clean, and fresh smelling. the staff were helpful and polite and put me at ease explaining every process of treatment.

What could be improved

though it was late evening, there was only one nurse and one doctor at MIU, this meant long delays in treatment as there were more serious incidents ongoing, which i understand. maybe an extra nurse would be handy?. cleanliness i cant fault.
