"Was very clean when i was there ..."

What I liked

Was very clean when i was there and many of the staff were easy to talk to if you needed anything. The theatre staff were lovely and were there telling me what was gonna happen and when it was happening.

What could be improved

Even though the staff were lovely I felt very alienated and also felt like i was waiting for a sentence to be carried out. I feel that this was caused by the fact my phone and belongings were taken away from me at the very beginning which wasn't the best feeling considering i had no idea when i was on the list. Felt very alienated as the curtain was kept pulled across until the staff came to wheel me down do the theatre to at which point even though i was anxious I was glad to see outside of the 3 walls and curtain. The hardest thing though which is also one of the simplest things we take for granted was the fact that there was no clock in the area I was waiting in. I never realised that the most simplest of things is the one thing i really found difficult without and that was knowing what time it was.

Anything else?

Even though that I'm writing this review a fair distance down the line I still remember it very well. Mainly good obviously :) I'm sure that many things have changed since i was patient as I was there about 3 days into it being opened so I'm sure like always there were lots of teething problems which I'm sure have been sorted out. Overall I would be more than happy to use it again.
