My mother was admitted to Ward 8a last month acutely unwell. We thought we were going to lose her at times but thanks to the care and treatment she received she pulled through.
I want to give a huge thanks to the medical, nursing, ahp and ancillary staff in ward 8a who looked after her so well. You all do a fantastic job in very challenging circumstances.
A huge thanks from my mum and the family. A special mention to richard for going the extra mile to get tomato sauce(among other kindnesses) and to nursing assistants vicky and angela- your kindness and patience is extraordinary and she liked you very much.
Keep up the fantastic work. You are all a credit to the nhs. Thanks isnt enough
