"Arrangement that could save a huge amount of money"

1. Having experienced some months in hospital I have heard day after day (4-10 times) the nurses first say that they will have to move me back up the bed and also the mattress. I think a huge amount of money could be saved by a quite cheap arrangement by cutting the high number of nurses having damaged backs - then having time off or having to finish nursing: Hooks could go around the bar at the end of the bed to prevent mattress and therefore patient sliding down bed.
