The cardiology department is a total admin mess - they provide new appointments only to cancel by letter within days - this has happen 6 times - the telephone staff are rude, & when talking they transfer calls without providing details to other staff - this hospital is a total joke, clinics are cancelled, doctors leaving and others are ill - they are in total meltdown
