"It was refreshing to see staff looking happy at their work"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted for a knee arthroscopy and was looked after by nurse Graham. Grahams gentle and reassuring manner alleviated what was potentially a stressful experience for my son. Thank you Graham! ! Having unfortunately had a few hospital interventions over the last year with my son I have to say it was refreshing to see staff looking happy at their work.

Dear Cindi16

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. I am pleased to read that your son's arthroscopy went well and part of that was due to Graham. I am also pleased to read that it made a difference to you too.

I will share your kind words with the service to ensure they are shared with Graham.

I hope your son is now doing well.

Best wishes
Lisa
