Throughout my experience I was impressed by the very effective process in place, the administration and communication was extremely thorough and at all times professional.

The consultant was extremely patient very focused on me as an individual, I felt totally confident with their management and decision-making and felt also that I could ask any question at any time.

The entire team, including outpatients and ward pesonnel, were extremely professional at all times, but coupled this with warmth and understanding.

The extremely thorough approach to every aspect of care, whether in questioning or with imparting information, meant that the operation had every opportunity to go well and be successful.
