"Very calm, reassuring staff"

I had a HSG X-ray this morning, I was initially very nervous about the intimate procedure but I was met with very calm, reassuring staff and my dignity was maintained at all times. I was well informed of how and what was going to happen. Everyone introduced themselves and explained their role which was really reassuring. The doctor (Mr Rothwell) was very caring and he explained the results to me after.

Despite finding the procedure painful and distressing I want to thank all the staff for being so kind and patient with me. Particularly I would like to thank the student nurse (Laura) who was very professional and will make a great nurse. Good luck with your job.

And Lesley (I'm sorry if I've remembered names wrong! ) the nurse who held my hand through the whole thing, talked to me, reassured me and was just so attentive and caring. You're an asset to your team.
