"Out standing treatment in day surgery"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / General surgery

I went into day surgery on the 5 th of May 2017. I was very apprehensive and very nervous,but there was no reason to be at all,the staff were amazing,they made me feel really relaxed and took time explaining what was going to happen and listened to all of my concerns and put my mind at rest nothing was too much trouble. They are a real credit to the NHS and themselves. The treatment I received was second to none and I thank them all. I know if I should ever need to return ( hopefully I wont) I will be in safe caring and capable hands. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.
