Yet again I am posting this review as I am in exactly the same position as my previous review Nov 2016. No follow up appointment again as clinic is full! Why take on new NHS patients if you do not have the clinic time for your existing ones - could it be the financial reward??? having been to a different clinic I find the experience utterly distressing and five months down the line my GP has still not received a clinic letter. A big issue that needs addressing is the lack of telephone contact, which inevitably is an answer machine, which at times does not even allow a message to be recorded. Once again PALS have asked the two departments involved to contact me, but once again this has not happened. Thanks Kings Hospital for you couldn't careless and cavalier attitude. In case you have forgotten I am a human being - not a number!
