"Let down with care"

Firstly I would like to say my baby's heartbeat was fine the night before it happened. But then to get told you only have "flank" pain and your not in labour when you should know your own body.

So I went home and phoned the next morning when my waters broke. To be told they wouldn't see me until night because it was only my waters and I was not in labour... so I phone later in the day and said that I felt a lump only to be told it's just your cervix opening. Now how the hell can your cervix come right out your vagina?.... evidently had enough and went into ward 3 only to be laughed at and made to feel very uncomfortable about myself.

They didn't even make it half obvious my baby had passed away with the door half open to hear them all speaking saying no response from baby. I thought staff were meant to care and be professional? I certainly won't be coming back to dr grays ever again. And certainly won't be when I have another baby. I think something needs to change because it can't go on. I'm still very angry till this day about the whole situation.
