What I liked

I have a huge needle phobia, I have total thanks and admiration for the staff on the Mary Samford Day surgery ward. All of the staff were caring, thoughtful and compassionate at all times. I was only there for approximately 2 hours but all of the staff who were there never stopped at any stage.

Thank you, you have all done a lot to greatly reduce my fear of needles!

What could be improved

The staff should receive a level of pay which reflects their hard work and professionalism!
