Attended A & E with my sister on a Friday evening following her fall. Triaged very quickly,. X-ray carried out and seen by Doctor who was extremely pleasant, good interpersonal skills and explained the outcome of x-ray which was a dislocation and proposed treatment. Dealt with this and then sent for further X-ray. This was the only wait we had due to radiographer being busy either in theatre or wards. We were continually spoken with and seen quickly on radiographer return. Doctor came immediately to authorise discharge. All in all an excellent service despite the fact it was a Friday night in A & E. thank you to all staff for their kind attention.
