"Poor service"

This is the first time at the MIU in oswestry and will most definitely be the last. Plus sides were the receptionist and the triage nurse who were very friendly and their customer service was excellent. Did not have to wait long at all until seen by a practitioner. This then felt like an interrogation on why the GP had sent us here. This was extremely uncomfortable and the attitude of practitioner was somewhat rude and disconcerting and if there was an issue with GP sending a patient to MIU then that should be taken up with the GP and not the patient. The practitioner wasn't really interested in me and the attitude was a negative one. Not friendly nor welcoming. Would never go to MIU again and would definitely not recommend anyone wasting their time in going here
