I came with my wife to the Breast clinic, and cannot fault the treatment/notifications. Well done!
My issue is with the parking system. I took my ticket on arrival, and with the efficient service we had, finished in time to not be charged as it was under 15 mins. We arrived at the pay machine in under 15 mins to find someone trying to 'fix' the machine. I waited a couple of minutes to then be told to use the little window opposite. I approached the window to find an employee talking/completing a task? with the person behind the glass. This took another few minutes, with a gentleman before me,who only took a minute. I explained to the person behind the glass that I arrived in time but had been held up through no fault of my own,and would they take that into consideration. The only response I got back was a very rude/abrupt '£1.30'. I was gobsmacked that no explanation was given, but paid as there were other people behind me, with another man behind me with the same dilemma. He to, said that he would complain. The ratings given were for the treatment etc which were great, but the staff cooperation and dignity and respect were for the treatment received relating to the parking. Employees who are at the forefront of representing the hospital/trust should do so in a professional and helpful manner. A little understanding goes a long way!
"Good treatment, but very poor parking customer..."
