What I liked
I had to telephone the hospital after a minor accident with my baby, i spoke to a nurse at the A&E and she talked me through some questions and chatted to me about it, i was extreamly upset about it and she was brilliant, she explained it was my no means the first time she had heard of it happening and it wont be the last, she talked about a experience that had happened within her own family, her grand child and i immediatly felt better. she was very through, and all though i didnt have to go to take little un to the unit i had the option to if i needed further reasuurance!
