"Service with a smile"

I am writing to say, I have been into Wansbeck Hospital. I was on ward 9 and would like to say how well I was looked after. The nurses are so dedicated to their work, the care and attention they gave each patient is wonderful. Nothing is a trouble to them, they never stop and it is very hard work, because they wash, change people, change the beds for those who can't do anything for themselves. It is always service with a smile, they deserve a big gold medal. The hospital is lucky to have a devoted staff.

I'd also like to thank the domestic staff. They keep the ward so clean. Also the food was excellent, good presentation and tasty. Something to suit everyone.

I'd like to mention young Dr Chamberlain, what a lovely young lady. I'm sure she is going to go far and one day will be up there with the consultants and she will well deserve that place. Please keep a hold of her, don't let her go. My thanks again to all concerned, good luck to them all for the future. They deserve a good one.
