What I liked
I did not like anything about that Hospital, I myself have the privilege of having private insurance so when I was in hospital in December I had the luxury of being in a private hospital. However, my mum is currently in the Homerton and I was appauled by the attitude of the nursing staff, they were rude, arrogant and had no maners, they treated my mum as if she was a criminal. I was under the impression that the nursing profession was meant to be a caring profession.
What could be improved
Attitude of the nursing staff, usually the staff with the most attitude are the foerign staff. When I was in a private hospital I was treated with respect and the staff were friendly and caring, I know you pay for private facilities but manners cost nothing.
