The doctor seemed to take my problems seriously, once I finally got to see a doctor after waiting for over 2 hours. Apparently the nurse had not been collecting the documents thats they were supposed to for getting the patients ready for their appointments.
I got a prescription, went to the pharmacy to collect my medication and they told me the prescription had not been filled in properly so they can't give me the medicines I need. I have been trying to get someone at the hospital to help for 5 days, no-one is helping or getting back to me after I have been leaving messages on the phone of my doctors secretary. I was also told they would get me in for an MRI scan on the Monday, it is now Tuesday and I have heard nothing back. It is urgent that I get the scan, according to the dr, but now it seems the neurology department has seased to exist.
