What could be improved

The assistance to the nurses was uncaring . An example she was not fed , no food chart kept , she was lying in uysrine , staff would not allow her to use a commode when she wanted , hence allowing her to lie on rine and making her more dependent , the rice was uncooked so she could not eat ( like her 99% of the other older patients could not chew in her ward ) , at one point O saw a nusrses assistance sharing photos on the internet when I wanted seek help to get het a commode , I was made to feel like a problem and nusrin staff was unapproacahble , I saw NO evidence of supervison

The Doctors were good and professional but their effort was so badly undermined by the nusring assistance who went about their job with no responsibility or empahathy for the very seriously vulerable pateints . They really needed MORE supervison . It is a real shame and it has little to do with lack of respources and everything to do with poor leadership and management control
