"Ambulances waiting times"

About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I called 111 this morning today as suffer from a disc herniation. I am in agony can't walk or move have numbness on my right side and had enough of being in severe pain. It's now over four hours later and I'm still waiting for an ambulance to arrive how is this allowed? Is this right to leave someone in agony this long not even an paramedic to come see me to assess situation. This is disgusting.
