It has been necessary for me to attend the fracture clinic on a couple of different occasions during April. Every member of staff I have come into contact with has been brilliant. They have all treated me with kindness, respect and dignity and have all taken the time to explain things in more detail (even remove plaster casts slowly due to my fears and concerns) despite the department being extremely busy. I can't thank everyone enough and would gladly recommend the service to friends and family.
