What could be improved
They charge pensioners and disabled people for parking even though there are signs everywhere saying that they can apply for refunds. When documentary evidence of pension, council tax rebate and disability allowance was produced we were told it 'didn't apply'.

Patients on certain benefits are eligable for refunds. Please can we request that you check with the parking office for further details. Should you need further clarification please contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) on 0121 424 2000 for further assistance.
