Ward 17 are currently looking after my daughter, the whole team have been considerate, caring compassionate. I believe that it is often the little things that make the biggest difference e.g the ward sister helping her to straighten her hair when they had a valuable moment to do so went a long way to boost her morale. They were very supportive at a time when we could not get any sensible information from a hospital in another trust .
I overheard a HCA speaking to an elderly patient who demonstrated such compassion and genuine interest in the wellbeing of the patient I was genuinely moved. Thank you ward 17, credit where credits due!
