"Minor injuries unit"

During my holiday I took a tumble on the beach sustaining an injury to my wrist. I attended the minor injuries unit and was totally satisfied with my experience. The staff were courteous, professional, informative and empathetic. In addition they acted promptly with analgesia. The radiographer stayed to undertake the x ray despite it being the end of their shift, which prevented a referral to Exeter. As a retired nurse I can be prone to being hyper critical if finding myself as a patient. The care I received met all expectations. Thank you very much for a great service.
