I found it very useful to do the sessions overall. I enjoyed them and found Emma very helpful. One thing I thought was very good was when she told me things about herself and other people too, as that meant I got to know her better and found out that the problems I was having were things she and others had experienced too, which was helpful. She was also very willing to give suggestions and help me come up with experiments and ideas of what to do, as well as challenging my beliefs that I hadn't really thought about before.
The only slight issue I had was when it came for the sessions to end - I feel that I would have preferred to have been told from the beginning not just the number of weeks I would be having sessions in (as that's very easy to sort of forget temporarily) but the rough month the sessions would be ending. It ended up coming as a surprise to me when I was told we were nearing our last session, although Emma was fantastically helpful when she realized I had thought we'd have longer, and we did review our treatment and contract for further sessions.
