I was referred to Queens Medical Centre by my doctor in June last year because my feet and legs had gone numb and part of my face, I was experiencing nerve pain in the form of hot prickling pins and needles in my legs and also my hands. I had an appointment to see a Neurologist on 30th November 2016 who advised an MRI Scan on my brain.
I went for the MRI scan on 23rd January 2017!
On 22nd February 2017 I also went for a peripheral nerve test, and a muscle function test with a Neurologist .... I am still in pain, cannot sleep at night, and I have not had any results back as yet (except blood tests) from this hospital.... None whatsoever as I write this on April 27th 2017
I have telephoned the Neurology department but they say they cannot help, I have phoned and left a message on the answer phone of the
Consultant Neurologists Secretary (who is never there) and they never ring me back!
This will all have been going on for a year when June arrives ... WHY?????????
So I wait and wait and wait .... and cry.
"Now nine weeks and still waiting for my results!"
