My mum had a knee replacement here last week.I came with her for the pre assessment.I think the pre op care was exceptional,I was a ble to talk to my mum on the patient phone as I live in Leeds. She had a really nice transport driver who seemd to care.The support and medical care was fantastic and the aftercare and advice she was given was excellent. I had faith that my mum was being cared for properly,the staff were freindly and respectful at all times.I really hope that the contract continues.I trained as a nurse in the 1980,s and sadly I see very poor standards in many hospitals,BUT not this one. well done and thanks.

mum said that she was asked what she wantd to be called and that has never happened to her in other hospitals.
