What I liked
The student and the supervisors and general staff were all good.
Sort waiting times.
The very visible aclohol rub outside of the treatment area/waiting area.
What could be improved
The appointments system. I never know when my next appointment will be. One just waits for a letter. I have never had an appointment on the day, let alone the time, I suggested. One does not know what the treatment will be, e.g. I started a course of deep cleaning, the next time I went something else was done, the next time just two teeth and some other stuff and now I've heard nothing for two months. If one knows what the treatment is likely to be it helps with planning when and what to eat.
Emailing should be an appointment option. It is quicker and cheaper for the hospital and the patient. It would be preferable if an appointment could be arranged when one is at the hospital.
Anything else?
Not all members of staff or patients used the alcohol rub just outside of the treatment area.
