"Exemplary Staff and Treatment in A&E"

My mother was admitted to A&E by ambulance following a fall.

From the moment we got there the staff were excellent her dedicated nurse is a credit to the Department, their care and understanding and communication with my mother in such a stressful situation for her was just amazing. I cannot thank them enough.

They helped my mother and put her mind at ease.

All other nurses were excellent also, the doctors explained everything to us in a straightforward way.

We went to x-ray and back with kind and courteous porters.

My mother was admitted to Ward, the process was streamlined with no stress involved for patient or family.

The care she has received is first class, I could not have wanted more from the support and care provided at the A&E department.
