while on holiday on Arran I had been texted by my own GP in Yorkshire to say I needed to have a repeat blood test done urgently as the one done the day before I went to Arran was showing kidney failure. as I got the text on a Saturday I went to the A and E department at the Arran War memorial Hospital in Lamlash. the whole visit including the test and results took about 20 minutes. The staff were most helpful and pleasant as well. My results were fine this time! Thank you to the staff. It was excellent care.
