"ENT day surgery deliver a gold stand service"

I went to ENT as a day patient to have surgery on my ear. The whole time I was there I was looked after by a team of courteous, very professional, industrious, sensitive and caring staff.

Upon arriving in reception and confirming my details,

I was swiftly directed to Beckett Ward. My nurse helped me prepare for the surgery. They were supported by a truly superb HCA.

After that the Anaesthetist came to see me to go through my pre-op documentation and made sure that I understood why I was there to have the procedure, explaining the benefits and any possible side affects. Later the Surgeon also met with me and went through what would happen during the operation and also willingly answered all my questions. A really lovely person HCA took me down to theatre. The procedure took around 30 minutes.

The domestic, HCAs, nurse, Anaesthetist, theatre staff and surgeon delivered a gold standard service.
