Starting with my mother needing an appointment with the trauma clinic the receptionist in Major lites managed to get an appointment to coincide with another appointment at the cardiorespiratory dept. This was extremely helpful. On 25th April we arrived at the trauma clinic at 10.25am, seen very promptly, by a very polite friendly member of staff and fortunately Mum was discharged. Time for a coffee, then on to the next clinic- a lovely volunteer wheeled my Mum to the next clinic- we were 55 mins before the appt time, but within 10 mins we were seen, by a very friendly efficient member of staff- and we were out before we should have been seen- What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much
"Excellent outpatient service"
