"Excellent care at InHealth diagnostic centre in Ealing"

I have just had a colonoscopy at InHealth's diagnostic centre in Ealing.

I was extremely impressed by the service from start to finish:

- I received clear advanced info to prepare for my appointment.

- My appointment started on time and progressed without any delay.

- Without exception the staff team were exemplary in their different roles - from reception, through nursing staff, to the specialist doctors who undertook the procedure.

- everything was clearly explained and I was treated like an individual whose care mattered to each professional. All staff tuned into the need to support me as a 'whole person' and not just undertake a procedure.

- During the procedure itself, each stage was explained and there was a fully transparent approach.

- Initial outcomes were shared with me immediately.

- I was finished well within the timeframe for the appointment.

- I felt completely respected.
