"This was my first visit to this ..."

What I liked

This was my first visit to this hospital to the Minor injuries Unit for a wrist injury, The unit was spotless, the staff were very friendly and highly efficient, and treated me superbly. More importantly the Staff explained everything about the injury, it's causes, how it affected me, and how to get better, all in great detail but understandable to the lay person.

What could be improved

Give them a pay rise !! it's not a job I could do.

Anything else?

You treat people as you would want to be treated yourself. My experience here was brilliant. I can't thank them in the MIU enough for their friendliness, warmth and their caring attitude, !!
