"Appalling communications"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Have twice been admitted to Croydon University hospital in the last 7 weeks, both doctors I have seen told me I need a dobutamin Stress Echo test (apparently according to my discharge letter this has been planned. What a joke, not even on the list. Been to PALS to complain and it feels even they cant be bothered to phone when they say they will, , have tried phoning they do not answer. Where I go to now God only knows, it's only my heart.
