What I liked

I would just like to say that the man that treated me for a dog bite wound in your minor injuries unit was excellent, he made me feel very at ease as i was dreading going to hospital. I am pleased to say that i made a speedy recovery due to the fast and effective treatment i recieved from him, i would love you to say a big "thank you" to him and just say that he is a credit to your hospital.

What could be improved

There was nothing that could have possibly been improved when i visited for treatment, it was excellent
