Avoid this Hospital if you are a private patient. There seems to be a major problem with administration and coordination. I've experienced long waiting times between appointments and had my procedure on Wednesday cancelled. I spoke to the hospital, who told me that theatre had been overbooked. Not great when you are in agonising pain and paying extortionate amounts to get back to work ASAP. The member of staff I spoke to told me to speak to the consultant's secretary to re-arrange. Why should I do the running around when it's their error?! Combined with the fact that I can't get hold of the secretary as they never pick up the phone, doesn't return calls and doesn't even have a personal greeting on their voicemail. I certainly don't want to leave a message about a personal medical issue unless I know I have reached the right person! The one time I did manage to get through to the secretary, they said "hello?". Parking at outpatients is a joke too.
