What I liked

The team in the minor injury unit provided good humoured kindness, quiet efficiency and speedy first class care on 28/12/2009 despite a very busy day when they coped with many patients injured on the ice.

What could be improved

I cannot think of anything to improve.

Anything else?

I still cannot believe how well I was treated. The staff, especially the doctor, "go the extra mile" in patient care
