What I liked
Entry to the Hospital is quirky but works. The nursing staff were excellent and engaging.A thorough investigation of the cause of the injury, my relevant medical and work history was completed. The injury and prognosis were discussed with me. The nurse involved had years of experience including military work and it showed. Efficient, disciplined, effective but above all had the ability to involve me in thewhole process. There is hope in the NHS and it works in the Malvern Community Hospital. Thank you.
What could be improved
The entry system does need some work..
Anything else?
The minor injuriesclinic would be an excellent training unit and the nurses provide an example of how nursing should be done - traditional nursing in a modern world. Whilst trying not to be patronising I would say well done, keep up the good work and dont change anything when you move to the new hospital........except the entry system!
