"Total lack of communication"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I had a head scan on the 8th March 2017 .

After phone calls and visiting my GP ,I still have no results.

I have been promised the next available appointment, but nothing happens.

Surely out of respect to other human beings I deserve some sort of communication.

There may be nothing wrong with having pulsating like a percussion instrument in my ears and head that keeps me awake at night.

But something is causing it. Does any member of NHS care? My GP was pretty disinterested. Just gave me blood pressure tablets even though my blood pressure was reasonable for my age.

I could give my view of what is wrong, but bad management is bad management and it seems to me Cheltenham Hospital has plenty of it!
