I want to start off saying that I am very disapointed with the service I have received from this Hospital.
I am an out patient at this hospital and getting treatment for a foot problem. The first time I visted I had no problems. I needed to be seen again so they booked me in. I arranged time off with work and on the morning of my appointment I got a phone call from them sayiong my appointment was canceled and rebooked me having to take more time from work. The day of appointment I was seen by a trainee you told me they were quilified but was allowed to give treatment and just looked at my foot and rebooked me in again having to take more time from work. I turned up to the next appointment three months later was met by a receptionist who huffed at me and sent to a wrong department when it was her department I needed. When I came back to her she then had to bother checking on the computer. I was then told my appontment was canceled. Why did no one call me telling me this? I wasted my time and money taking time off of work. Its taken so long to have my foot treated and really shouldnt take this long at all. The service at this hospital has been awful.
